Bicep curl on rings — lean back and curl the rings toward the face while supinating. The ring freedom allows natural wrist rotation for peak bicep contraction.

Set rings at waist height, lean back
Curl and supinate simultaneously — thumbs end pointing back at top
Elbows stay fixed in space
Slow neg — rings resist the urge to drop fast
